Great Lakes Youth Concussion Surveillance Summit | Ann Arbor, Michigan, 2025

aKrewe designed event materials and wayfinding for the University of Michigan Injury Prevention Center's annual youth sports concussion surveillance research conference. This summit brought together researchers and healthcare professionals across the Great Lakes region to advance concussion prevention initiatives.

Challenge: We had an extremely tight timeline to create professional conference materials for a high-stakes academic research summit while staying within the University of Michigan's strict brand guidelines.

Solution: Working within the University's brand standards, we created a complete design package including the program agenda, brochure, researcher bios, event program, and directional signage. Despite the rushed timeline, we delivered everything on schedule while maintaining quality and ensuring materials clearly communicated complex research topics.

Impact: The summit successfully brought together Great Lakes representatives to discuss concussion oversight programs and identify funding opportunities. The client called our flexibility and deadline management "invaluable to the event's success," with the entire summit turning out "fabulously."
