Founder / CEO
Kristen Dufauchard is the Founder and CEO of aKrewe NOLA Consulting, an impact-driven marketing, branding, and event production firm. With over 15 years of expertise, she has worked across higher education, cultural institutions, and corporate environments to connect authentically with audiences.
Throughout her career, Kristen has delivered award-winning campaigns, produced brand activations during the Super Bowl, and built a networking platform of over 2500 diverse innovators. Most recently, as the communications and marketing leader for French Quarter Festivals, New Orleans' fourth-largest event, she generated $97M+ in media value and drove over $323M in economic impact.

Kristen is a New Orleans native and avid traveler, gardener, and audiobook listener. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from LSU's Manship School, a Master of Public Administration from Southern University's Nelson Mandela College of Government & Social Sciences, and an advanced certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from NYU. Fun Facts: Kristen's first job was as a shampoo assistant at a hair salon, where she learned the art of customer service and small talk while working with her clients. She also discovered the real value of self-care. Out of pure curiosity, she taught herself gardening and realized she was surprisingly good at making things grow. Now she has well over 50 plants. And here's something she's pretty sure not many people have done: she's hiked an active volcano.
Monet E.
Creative Director
Monet grew up watching her dad study Architecture at Southern University. He was a young parent, so she would attend classes with him where he'd draw blueprints and work on projects that piqued her interest. From there, she started to create her own projects and draw cartoons she watched on TV. She became the kid who would draw in class, much like her dad. Over the years, he let her discover her own drawing style. She has continued to be curious and develop her love for art, creativity, and design..

Monet leads creative direction and graphic design for aKrewe by creating design concepts and leading the team to make those creative visions come to life. She brings over 14 years of experience in digital and print design, creative concepting, team management, leadership, and account management, working with nationwide advertising agencies.
Fun Facts: Originally from Baton Rouge, Monet is an avid biker and açaí enthusiast.

Event Designer
Angelle is aKrewe's designer for event production, bringing 6 years of experience transforming venues through decor, styling, and aesthetic enhancements. With expertise in mood board development, venue styling, and floral design, plus a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Orleans, she creates unforgettable event experiences.

Operations Lead
Lindsey leads operations, bringing over 8 years of experience in organizational leadership. She excels at empowering team members and driving results through clear goal setting, strategically delegating tasks, and facilitating effective communication.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University as well as a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Her expertise includes analytical problem solving, process optimization, and risk analysis.

Originally from New Jersey, Lindsey is a pizza enthusiast. She loves to travel, and when she is not taking care of her dental patients or working for aKrewe, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Gabby.
Fun Facts: Lindsey believed leprechauns were real way longer than she should have. She hated cabbage as a kid but loves it now. And she finds foods you have to pick apart like crawfish, pomegranates, and crab, oddly satisfying, while most people find it annoying
Jamicah M.
Graphic Designer
Jamicah brings nearly 10 years of professional creative experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing to aKrewe's marketing and creative services. With a Bachelor of Arts degree, she specializes in multimedia storytelling across broadcast, digital, and community events.
Her work on the 2023 Louisiana Gubernatorial Debate graphics package earned recognition at the 2024 Louisiana Association of Broadcasters Prestige Awards, showcasing her ability to create cohesive, impactful designs across multiple platforms.

Originally from Hattiesburg, MS, Jamicah draws inspiration from community, culture, and everyday storytelling. When not designing, she enjoys local festivals and cozy gaming.
Fun Fact: Jamicah has collected movie theater tickets since childhood, and her oldest one dates back to 2010!
Shannon S.
Marketing Account Manager
Shannon joins aKrewe's marketing and creative services account management with over 5 years of experience in content creation and project management. She holds a B.A. in Marketing from Southeastern University and has partnered with several small businesses throughout the New Orleans area through her expertise in customer service and collaboration.

Originally from Harvey, LA, Shannon enjoys weight lifting, reading, and watching documentaries. She volunteers with her church, feeding and clothing the homeless through the Baptist Friendship House, loves exploring new cities on food tours, and spends time with her two children.
Fun Facts: Shannon has an undiagnosed OCD with numbers. The car volume must be on specific numbers, or it grinds her gears. She once fell asleep twice at Six Flags over Georgia during her 8th-grade Atlanta trip, calling it "some of the best sleep of my life!"
Gabriel E.
Marketing Account Manager
Gabriel works with aKrewe's marketing and creative services portfolio and brings five years of experience in social media marketing and content production. His expertise spans videography, photography, and graphic design, helping clients across diverse industries create compelling visual content.

He has collaborated with local industry leaders like Louisiana Dental Center and smaller businesses, including GFIT Nola and Chaleur. Originally from New Orleans East, Gabriel transitioned from his career as a mechanic to marketing, though he still works on cars for friends. When not creating content, he enjoys making music, spending time with family, and photography.
Fun Facts: Gabriel gets very competitive when playing Monopoly. He believes that switching lanes without hitting the reflectors is good luck, and he has traveled in some unusual vehicles—including an LMTV military cargo truck and an AC-130 plane (which, while memorable, was neither quiet nor comfortable!).

Marketing Account Manager
Jordan is a community builder at heart. With over seven years of experience in marketing, communications, and event strategy, she’s helped brands big and small find their voice and connect with their audiences.
She holds a bachelor’s in public relations from Louisiana State University. Throughout her career, she’s mastered the art of juggling social media calendars, press releases, sponsor needs, and event logistics and execution—always with a smile and a plan.

When she’s not crafting campaigns or producing events, Jordan can be found exploring New Orleans’ food scene, reading in the park, or planning her next travel adventure.
Fun Facts: As a kid, Jordan had a pretty awesome sticker collection before Hurricane Katrina hit, and she was really proud of it. The most unusual thing she's ever eaten has to be Rocky Mountain Oysters, which are actually bull testicles. And here's something that surprises people about her: she absolutely loves video games!

Christine brings over 10 years of experience in digital marketing and merchandising to the aKrewe team as a Marketing Account Manager. She holds an Associate's Degree in Studio Arts from Baton Rouge Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Textiles Merchandising from Louisiana State University. Her expertise includes content creation, brand strategy, and generating copy.
Christine has worked in production as a member of I.A.T.S.E. 478 over the past ten years. She has worked with various high-profile film and television productions and studios in the past, including but not limited to Peacock and Sony Pictures Entertainment. She has contributed her writing skills and industry knowledge to the pages of various publications for New Orleans media as well as Kindle.

Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Christine is an avid visual artist and has created her own costume accessories line. In her spare time, Christine participates on the board and fundraising committee of New Orleans Video Access Center, where she helps coordinate donor outreach, campaign support, and guest experiences.
Fun Facts: As a kid, Christine loved putting ketchup on white beans, though she'd never eat that combination now. Most people don't know she can play the piano. The most remote place she's ever been is Croix-des-Bouquets, Haiti. Her most irrational pet peeve is chewing noises and slurping, and she secretly follows the superstition of never splitting poles when walking with someone.

Lillie Napoli is a marketing account manager with aKrewe, bringing 2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on content creation.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Theatre from the University of New Orleans, and her expertise includes video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling.

Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Lillie is an avid baker and makes all of her friends’ birthday cakes each year. She also enjoys tending to her plants, doing anything crafty, and playing video games with friends.
Fun Facts: Lillie earned a bronze medal in her school's math olympics back in third grade. She's never had a cavity in her life. And she's worked at a restaurant that was actually featured on Food Network.
