Kristen Dufauchard

CEO / Founder

Kristen is a connector, storyteller, and culture curator who builds community and drives social change. She has over a decade of experience executing campaigns for international brands. She previously managed global brand strategy for talent and DEI at Nielsen and led the Department of Communications for NYU's Division of Libraries. Kristen is the Founder and CEO of aKrewe NOLA Consulting, a corporate marketing event planning and training firm. aKrewe is responsible for The Business Exchange x aKrewe NOLA , a networking event series that champions and celebrates diverse professionals' personal and career growth.

The series is designed for creatives, entrepreneurs, and innovators identifying as Black, Brown, LGBTQ+, women, and allies of these communities to share social connections, exchange ideas, and expand their professional networks. This initiative also addresses marketing affordability by pooling resources for local organizations to promote their new business, product, or service to 1200+ community members.
